Veterinary Specialist Services (VSS) will be hosting its 7th Annual Veterinary Conference at the Hilton Hotel, Brisbane on 16-17 March 2024 and will have a number of sponsorship opportunities available with most including dedicated exhibition space.

The 2024 VSS Conference promises to be an exceptional event, featuring a diverse array of veterinary streams as well as a dedicated nursing stream. This engaging program will be enriched by the insights of over 50 local speakers, collectively delivering a total of 90 lectures. Delegate ticket sales have commenced with an estimated attendance of over 400 expected.

VSS will have exclusive access to the entirety of the Hilton's 5th-floor conference facility. This space includes a designated area for trade displays, strategically positioned within the main foyer. The layout below provides a clear visualisation of this setup, showcasing how exhibitors will enjoy optimal exposure to conference attendees. Notably, the main foyer acts as a thoroughfare for delegates exiting breakout rooms, ensuring that the trade display area will be a focal point. As attendees gather for breakfast (starting at 7:30am), breaks, lunches, and the pre-conference dinner drinks on Saturday evening, the exhibition space will undoubtedly thrive as a vibrant hub over the course of both days.

Drawing from the success of our 2023 conference, where roughly 75% of the 400 delegates were from general practice, we anticipate that the 2024 VSS Conference will once again facilitate invaluable networking opportunities for both delegates and sponsors.
